Colorjet to show unique digital textile printers at ITMA

India’s largest producer of digital printing machines Colorjet Group is launching two new innovative digital textile printing solutions, the Metro and the Fabjet-Duo at ITMA 2015 in hall 18, stall no. H102.
“The Metro is a truly advanced digital textile printer, which incorporates the latest technology and efficient engineering to meet the ever growing textile printing demands,” a Colorjet press release said.
According to Colorjet, the Metro is compatible to work with all types of inks like reactive acid disperse and pigment and weaves magic on a variety of fabrics.
Fabrics which can be printed on the Metro range from 0.1 mm to 30 mm which includes cotton, polyester, silk, viscose, wool, nylon, acetate and various blended fabrics.
“With awesome scalable properties, this printer can suit all the needs of the textile printing business and delivers in the least payback period,” it added.
“Its unique value proposition for customers is the synchronised technology to ensure smooth firing of jetting assembly for faster and smoother productions with pigment inks,” the company stated.
Automatic temperature control enables printheads to deliver same print results with pigment inks, while specially integrated VPC technology ensures smooth flow of pigment ink for uninterrupted production runs.
The second printer; the Fabjet-Duo has the ‘Power of Two’ in one machine and has a dual ink supply mechanism which gives one the freedom to choose to print between any two of the three inks; Reactive, Disperse and Pigment.
“Thus by just a flick of a switch, the printer becomes a reactive or pigment or disperse ink printer and textile printers now have the option to use just one machine for printing with two of the three inks,” Colorjet informed.
The Fabjet-Duo can print both, cotton and polyester fabrics and also makes for a perfect solution, again for both, sampling and mass production and is also ideal for home textiles printing due to its width of 3.2 metres.
“These two unique printers have been developed from collaborative and inventive R&D to ensure industry needs, like smaller footprints and high energy efficiency,” Colorjet group director, Pavan Gupta explained.
“Through ITMA 2015, we are making the same technologies simultaneously available to the Indian and global textile printing industry and that too at very competitive prices, offering the least payback period,” he added.
In participating at ITMA 2015, Colorjet is targeting visitors and buyers from European countries, Turkey, China, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Thailand, Philippines, Pakistan, Brazil, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, etc.
Till date, Colorjet has installed and implemented over 4,000 of its printing solutions and products across 315 cities around the world backed by a strong 278 member team, of which almost 100 are in technical related functions. (AR)
