About 3.19 lakh quintals of cotton has arrived in various markets in Punjab till now, the state mandi (wholesale market) board secretary told a meeting of concerned officials. Chief Minister Amarinder Singh, who recently reviewed cotton procurement, reiterated his commitment that the entire crop would be purchased at the minimum support price (MSP).
