Crealet to show new warp feeding solutions at ITMA

Swiss specialist in warp feeding, Crealet is showcasing new technologies in weaving and warp knitting machines at ITMA 2015 under the motto 'We Drive You to Success' in hall 1, booth H105.

Crealet's reliable products and innovative solutions are employed in warp let-off and cloth take-up systems as well as in specialised weaving machine manufacture.

Crealet offers from perfectly tailored upgrade packages for weaving and warp knitting machines to comprehensive conversions of weaving machines for specific market requirements.

The Swiss company now also offers specialised weaving machines for wide technical fabrics, which are mainly used in trade fair construction, stage technology as well as in film and photo studios.

For weaving machines, Crealet is showing the electronic warp supply for warp beams integrated in the weaving machine and also additional sub-units for warp supply from the creel or from additional warp beam stands.

For upgrade packages, Crealet is offering electronic warp let-off for half warp beams on projectile weaving machines, due to which, the existing differential is replaced by warp let-off devices mounted on both sides.

According to the company, the device helps eliminate warp tension differences, offers constant warp tension from full to empty beam and there is also improvement of fabric quality.

Another innovation is the electronic cloth take-up for projectile weaving machines in which the electronic cloth take-up is synchronised with the warp let-off, positively affecting quality of the fabric.

Among benefits, no change wheels are required, reduction of wearing parts during high fabric tensions and the dynamic weft density changes while the weaving machine is running

Crealet's product range is used on narrow and wide weaving machines as well as on warp knitting machines.

These are classified into electronic let-off and cloth take-up devices; warp beam device on weaving machines and warp beam stands for additional warp beams behind weaving and warp knitting machines.

These also include; warp feeding devices between the creel and weaving machines; electronic selvedge yarn spool controls and finally tire cord sub-units consisting of the feeding unit and batch winder.
