Ethylene prices diminish in Asia last week

Ethylene prices weakened in Asia in the last week due to thin trading activity in the region.
In Korea, average prices plunged by US$ 100/ton and quoted at US$ 980/ton in the last week over US$ 1080/ton in the previous week.
In Japan, average prices decreased sharply by US$ 100/ton and quoted at US$ 975/ton in the last week, contract of 9.30 per cent compared to previous week.
In NE Asia, average prices lowered by US$ 65/ton and assessed at US$ 1040/ton in the last week, registering a decrement of 5.88 per cent from the previous week.
In India, average prices dwindled to US$ 935/ton in the last week, a drop of 5.08 per cent from US$ 985/ton in the previous week.
