Ethylene prices down in Europe & steady in US last week

Ethylene prices went down in Europe in the last week ended Oct 2 due to insipid market sentiments. But, due to dull buying sentiments, average prices were steady in the US.
In Europe, average prices reduced by US$ 75/ton or 7.98 per cent and were quoted at US$ 865/ton in the last week, as compared to its previous week.
In US, average prices remained stable and were assessed at 20 cents/pound in the last week, as against its earlier week.
