European propylene prices up as buying interest rises

Propylene prices went up in Europe in the last week ending April 1, 2016, due to lift in buying interest in the region. However, prices remained stable in the US.
In Europe, average prices went up by €10/ton and were quoted at €595/ton in the last week, which is an increase of 1.71 per cent compared to previous week ending March 25, 2016.
In US average prices remained stable at 20 cents/pound owing to correction in feedstock prices.
