Designers, students and manufacturers will showcase their creations at the fashion event to be held at the ongoing Apparel Textile Sourcing Canada (ATSC) 2017 exhibition. ATSC is Canada's only apparel and textile trade show that connects buyers to manufacturers from around the globe. Over 300 exhibitors from 20 countries are participating in the exhibition.

The three-day exhibition being held at The International Centre – Toronto, will conclude on August 23, 2017. The exposition features workshops and seminars from the world’s top experts in fashion, sourcing, logistics, marketing, government and many other topics. The last day of the exhibition will focus on various topics including An Introduction to Sustainable Apparel Certifications in Today’s Environmentally-Conscious Canadian Marketplace, Supply Chain Collaboration and Direct, Strategic Sourcing – An Innovative and Disruptive Business Model for Today’s Apparel Industry, among others.

A comprehensive trade show and conference, ATSC is supported by many international governmental associations, headed by the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Textile and Apparel (CCCT) and the Bangladesh High Commission, led by Dewan Mahmud, first secretary (commercial) at Bangladesh High Commission.

"The uniqueness of Canadian market is always attractive to Chinese manufacturers, the successful first edition of ATSC did give us strong confidence to bring more high quality producers in 2017," Jiang Hui, chairman of CCCT said.

With the support of the Canadian Apparel Federation, ATSC is the one-stop shop to meet suppliers from China, Bangladesh, India, Mexico, US, Honduras, Peru and many other countries. (RR)
