Fibre2Fashion to launch Performance Fabrics compendium

May '17
Fibre2Fashion, the global trading platform for the textiles-garment-retail industry, will be launching a ‘Performance Fabrics Compendium’ to help players in the industry to make the most of the changing landscape. Shedding light on factors instrumental in changing the market scenario, the compendium will serve as an informative guide for the industry.

New to the current crop of fashion creatives, performance fabrics have become increasingly popular in the recent times. The usage of performance fabrics is growing in sports, fitness, and medical applications, primarily due to its water and stain resistance, UV protection, and anti-bacterial properties.

As a result of this tremendous boost, the global performance fabrics market is forecast to grow at a CAGR of more than 35 per cent from 2016 to 2024. The global performance fabrics market includes seven major regions, namely North America and Latin America, Western Europe, Eastern Europe, Asia-Pacific, Japan, Middle East, and Africa.

“Possessing the capability to interact with the user and environment, these high-tech products are taking the fashion industry to the next level, with conductive links and built-in haptics. To help performance fabrics players make the most of the market scenario, Fibre2Fashion will launch the compendium at ISPO Munich 2018, the world’s largest multi-segment sports exhibition,” says Jose Daniel, executive director of Fibre2Fashion.

“For companies, the compendium will provide a platform to showcase their expertise, while providing a chance to explore prospective opportunities and partnerships in the industry. It will enable players in the industry to identify and connect with their target audience, thereby aiding in increased market penetration. In short, it will help companies power up their networking game,” he adds.

It will be a win-win opportunity for the companies featuring in the Compendium. There will be an online showcase and a featured profile in print compendium that talks about their strategic initiatives, offerings, white papers, case studies, and contact information.

Moreover, there will be targeted promotion through a 360-degree marketing approach that covers the launch of the compendium at ISPO Munich 2018, compendium circulation among key industry players, and full-fledged promotion via campaign newsletters and video on F2F TV.

What’s more! The compendium will provide maximized visibility as it puts companies’ products/brands in the spotlight through an online showcase and a downloadable version of the compendium.
