HB Fuller partners with Rem Brands for Odogard

US based chemicals provider, HB Fuller has signed a licensing agreement with Rem Brands, specialist in odour removal, stain removal and disinfection applications, for using Odogard technology in the company's products for hygiene and disposable absorbent market.

Odogard is a patented technology, from the house of Rem Brands, which helps in odour control by chemically and physically changing odour molecules to become odourless. This technology is hygienic as it delivers results without the need for masking agents or fragrances.

Commenting on choosing HB Fuller to channel its technology to the market, David Schneider, CEO of Rem Brands said, “We believe we have found an excellent partner in HB Fuller. We share the same passion to make a positive impact on people's lives.”

Additionally, Nathan Weaver, global vice president – Hygiene of HB Fuller said, “We believe this collaboration will provide an opportunity to leverage the strengths of both companies in order to offer our customers a solution to malodor in disposable absorbent products.”

“This step-change innovation will particularly help millions of adult incontinence sufferers and caregivers around the world, and we also are excited to explore use of this solution in baby care, feminine care and pet care,” he added. (MCJ)
