Hyosung, the leader in innovative nylon and polyester fibres, is set to launch the new MIPAN Robic Fine, high tenacity yarns for light weight, durable garments in activewear and workwear, at Textiles India 2017, that displays the entire range of textile value chain, from fabric to fashion, to be held from June 30 to July 2, 2017, in Gujarat, in hall 1 #5.

The new yarn family ranges from 7 to 15 denier and have 15 to 20 per cent higher tenacity than regular nylon in same deniers, which helps to achieve stronger fabrics with higher tensile strength and abrasion resistance.

Roman Park, MIPAN Robic product manager said, “Consumers want garments to be lightweight but long lasting, so we expanded the MIPAN Robic high tenacity yarn collection to include fine deniers. Higher tenacity extends wear life and protective performance but consumers also want comfort for outdoor, active apparel, and workwear, and hence, we are also promoting the new MIPAN Robic Comfort fabric collection.”

Other Hyosung performance fibre products to be featured at Textiles India exhibition include MIPAN Aqua X for cooling, UV protection, and moisture management; Cotna natural touch polyester with quick dry and reduced pilling; and ALKEX Aramid fibre which is five times stronger than steel for protective apparel.
