ColorJet will demonstrate its newly launched VastraJet K2 and SubliXpress Plus with fluorescent Inks at Gartex Texprocess which will begin from December 3, 2021 in New Delhi, India. On show will be Sublixpresss printing on transfer paper with 8 colours - C, M, Y, K, B, O, FY, and FM. Visitors will get to see the enhanced effects of fluorescent colours.

SubliXpress Plus can print in variable drop sizes of 5, 7 and 12 PL as demanded to produce exceptionally sharp lines and create smooth gradients in colour tones. The high-speed, high-quality printing with minimal ink consumption is a result of decades of experience in manufacturing digital inkjet printers.

ColorJet proprietary AST and HSTR technology are inherent features of the machine. The addition of fluorescent yellow and fluorescent magenta will expand the creative options for customers in the ever-evolving world of fashion. These eye-catchy colours are bold, vibrant, and tailor-made for one-off and small-lot production of sports and fashion apparel.

“This dye-sublimation printer would work very well on fabrics made with recycled polyester - knit and woven. Despite the pandemic, ColorJet continued to work on the next ground-breaking technology for the sublimation printing market. The economics of the sublimation printing with Sublixpress Plus are very attractive with its productivity of up to 9000 sqm/day in up to 180 cm print width, and possibility to use low gsm paper of up to 22 gsm. The Leaf clamp is yet another ingenious improvisation to prevent the paper from curling up at the edges when printing. Being able to use low gsm paper and the ability to print on a less than ideal paper roll with ease, addresses some major practical shop-floor concerns,” ColorJet said in a press release.

The premium textile printer VastraJet K2 has many improvements and will take businesses to new heights with peak productivity touching 5000 sqm/day. VastraJet K2 is equipped with 32 latest advanced inkjet print heads from Konica Minolta. Equipped with the combination of ColorJet’s 3 new technology advancements – Kiloton, Purge Plus, and Osci Plus, the K2 is a combination of exceptional speed and excellent print quality.

The all-new VastraJet K2 is the ideal choice for the fabric processing mills, garment export houses, leading textile groups that foresee the future of textile printing and want to keep up with the fast fashion trend and cope with the abrupt reduction of the supply chain timeline. Its improved features and high productivity will attract the enormous rotary printing business owners who want to print exclusive precise designs without being worried about MOQ, shift loss, or excessive sampling cost, the release added.

VastraJet K2 assures a brilliant yarn dyed effect with no worry of excessive dyed yarn inventory management. This machine is equipped with ColorJet’s new Kiloton, which has increased the print head life to a considerable extent. ColorJet has pledged to do its bit to reduce its carbon footprint. With the consumer demands moving towards sustainable options, manufacturers and print business owners are focusing on sustainability, leading to increased eco-consciousness.
