Mitsubishi Polyester Film is the subsidiary of Japan based Mitsubishi Plastics and is the largest polyester film plant in the US. Mitsubishi plans to use the line to support its business growth in both US and overseas markets. The project is expected to be complete by late 2017. (NA)
