Jakob Müller shows new machines at India ITME

Jakob Müller AG, developer of machineries for the manufacture of woven and knitted tapes and webbing, woven ropes, woven labels and technical textiles, printed narrow fabrics, dyeing, make-up and winding machinery, is showing new systems for narrow fabrics at India ITME 2016 machinery expo, from December 3 to 8, 2016, in Mumbai, in hall 6, booth H6 A27.

The exhibits at the company's stand include MÜGRIP MBJ rapier label weaving machine for labels and pictures with cut selvedges, VARITEX V5MJ 6/50 Z4 (J384) narrow fabric needle loom for computerised-patterned elastic and non-elastic articles, COMEZ 609/B3 high speed crochet knitting machine for the specialised production of a wide range of elastic and non-elastic bands, and VARITEX V5L 12/30 narrow fabric needle loom for elastic and non-elastic tapes.

MÜGRIP rapier looms are exclusively developed and manufactured for label weaving and are the world's most frequently used machine in this field.

The COMEZ 609/B3 high speed crochet knitting machine offers reliability, efficiency and high output to the band manufacturer, to obtain a high-quality finished product, in quantities which are absolutely competitive in relation to other types of machines currently on the market.

The VARITEX V5L 12/3 and VARITEX V5MJ 6/50 Z4 (J384) machines are used for a wide range of applications like elastics for underwear, shoes and non-elastic ribbons, zipper tape and medium belts; decorative ribbons; edge binding for clothing; satin ribbons, ribbons for printed labels; light and medium heavy tapes and light belts for sports and leisure wear; bandaging tape (medical technology), and jacquard options for computerised designs using the MÜCAD V384 software.(GK)
