Jakob Müller to show products for narrow fabrics at ITMA

Swiss producer of various textile technologies for manufacture of woven and knitted tapes, webbing, woven ropes, woven labels and technical textiles, etc is showing new products at ITMA 2015 in hall 3, stand D 110.
Exhibits on the Jakob Müller AG stand include the Mügrip MBJ6, a rapier label weaving machine for labels and pictures with cut selvedges which is linked with an optional Mücad Direct Transfer software.
“It has the capability to offer patterns in satin label with 3D effect, 50dtex in warp and weft and on average 229 picks per cms,” a press release stated.
Another machine on display is the Müjet MBJL6, an air jet label weaving machine for labels and pictures with cut selvedges, also linked with an optional Mücan Server software.
Patterns possible include; high quality fashion taffeta label, 50 dtex in the warp, 30 and 50 dtex in the weft and on average 534 picks per cms.
The NH2 53 6/27 S2 SNO2B is an electronically controlled, narrow fabric needle loom for light to medium-weight, elastic and non-elastic narrow fabrics with unlimited repeat lengths.
The NHJM2 53 6/42 Z4 is a electronically controlled narrow fabric needle loom for Jacquard-patterned articles with a warp effect and unlimited repeat lengths, which can be linked with optional Mücad Direct Transfer software.
One more exhibit is the Comez Acotronic 8B/600, an electronic crochet knitting machine using compound needles for ribbon, laces and technical articles.
The Comez Testronic 1600/El is an electronic crochet knitting machine for the production of fabrics for outerwear and technical uses.
The Müprint MDP3 E ink jet direct printing system is for elastic and non-elastic narrow fabrics, while the MFR1.5 50/100 is a single or double end machine for light to medium-weight, elastic and non-elastic ribbons and tapes.
Another technology on show is the UV60-RS for the measuring and winding of belts, safety belts, narrow fabrics and tubular goods. (AR)
