Jakob Muller Holding AG has acquired 100 per cent share capital of Benninger AG, which will help the company expand its position in the textile finishing sector.
Benninger develops, produces and sells textile finishing systems as well as systems for tire cord production around the world, while employing around 330 employees, 110 of these in Switzerland.
Benninger offers integral solutions, which include not only the plant engineering but also the required chemical processes.
While Jakob Müller operates exclusively in the field of narrow fabric looms, with production facilities in Switzerland, Germany, Czech Republic, Italy, India and China. (AR)
