Low & Bonar Belgian facilities get ISO recertification

Low & Bonar, the performance materials company, has been recertified for the new quality management ISO 9001:2015 and environmental management ISO 14001:2015 standards at its Belgian manufacturing facilities. Recertification affirms its ability to deliver effective quality management systems and drive sustainable, environmentally responsible practices.

The company aims to upgrade its existing systems in Zele and Lokeren to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 by the end of 2018.

The world's most popular quality management system standard, ISO 9001:2015 helps businesses prove their ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. ISO 14001 helps businesses to make their day to day operations more sustainable.

By meeting the extensive criteria and updated requirements for these standards, the company reaffirms its ability to consistently deliver the highest standards of quality and drive continuous improvements to environmentally responsible processes and practices, a company release said.
