Mahlo GmbH, a Germany based manufacturer of measuring, control and automation systems for the textile and finishing industry, will celebrate its 70th anniversary by exhibiting a range of innovations as well as a new generation of its weft staightener and process control system – Orthopac RVMC-15, at the upcoming international exhibition for textile machinery, ITMA 2015.

From 12th to 19th November, 2015, the company will showcase its new range of innovations and Orthopac RVMC-15 at hall 10 booth C-101 at the fair in Italian city of Milan.

Orthopac RVMC-15 is the universally employable weft straightening system from Mahlo for the correction of web distortions for nearly all applications. It is precisely designed for the demands of the textile industry and can be adapted to the individual requirement through its modular make-up. The user obtains a sophisticated straightening system with maximum possible customer benefit with respect to versatility and operating convenience, the company said on its website.

 Through interaction with the suitable scanning system, web distortions are corrected exactly and without delay. All this is marked by simple operation of the system and unparalleled rugged construction. Further, the modular construction allows the system to be configured to meet the demands of changing conditions and requirements.

Applications of Orthopac RVMC-15 include at the feed-end of a stenter/leveling stenter, on decatisers, ahead of a printing machine, between an open-width washing machine and drum dryer, on coating ranges ahead of the coater at the feed-end of a flame laminator, at the feed-end of wide compactors for knitgoods, etc.

Available with a wide range of optional extras, highlights of Orthopac RVMC-15 include ultra-precise realignment of weft, quick reacting servo-controller, and progressive rate of straightening. It benefits users as it maintains tight distortion related tolerances, helps avoid complaints, and improve customer relationships. (RKS)
