Mutoh Belgium names Kenji Yasuhara as managing director

Mutoh Belgium, a subsidiary of Mutoh Industries Co. Ltd., Japan, has appointed Kenji Yasuhara as new managing director. Kenji Yasuhara takes over Akio Kokate, who has been leading Mutoh’s Belgian operation for the past 3 years. Kotake is now the general manager, sales operation department of Mutoh’s International Business Headquarters (IBH) at Tokyo, Japan.

As newly appointed managing director and general manager of Mutoh Belgium nv, Kenji Yasuhara will be overseeing the sales, sales support, logistics, commercial & product marketing, product support, and after-sales service activities for Mutoh wide format printing and sign cutting equipment in the entire EMEA business area.

Kenji Yasuhara joined the Mutoh Group in 2014. He was Mutoh Deutschland’s general manager from September 2014 to October 2016. Graduated from the University of Osaka Prefecture, Yasuhara has an extensive experience in international business. Before joining Mutoh, he occupied several senior roles in global marketing and sales at the company Panasonic, both in Japan and Europe. (GK)
