• The participating company may book a booth of minimum area of 9 sqm. However the company is free to book additional area in multiple of 3 sqm.
• The Council proposes to select around 100 companies for participation in the exhibition including members of other Councils.
• The selected company will have to depute its representative(s) to the exhibition at its own cost. The expenses of airfare and hotel accommodation are not included in the participation fee.
• Participants will be selected on first-come-first-served basis.
• Allocation of booths of participating companies will be decided through the draw of lots.
