Spot market of PTA imports weakened, suppliers made offer for Taiwan goods at US $1,200-1,210 / ton, downstream inquiries were around US $1,195/ ton, actual negotiation focused on US $1,200-1,205 / ton.
Offers for South Korean stock were at US $1,185 / ton, downstream bids were US $1,170/ ton, actual negotiation focused on US $1,175-1180 / ton.
Market conditions of PTA in North China was plain on July 25, cargo holders made offers at 9,400 Yuan / ton, downstream bids were around 9,300 Yuan / ton, actually negotiated price focused on 9,350 Yuan / ton.
Market supply appeared tight, holders were a bit reluctant to sell goods, trading atmosphere was dull and actual discussion was light.
Domestic market price of PTA in East China was flat, cargo holders offered at 9,350-9,400 Yuan / ton, downstream inquires were around 9,200-9,250 Yuan/ ton, actually negotiated price was about 9,300-9,350 Yuan / ton.
