Sinopec announces July settlement price of polyester chip & PSF

The Sinopec Group recently announced settlement prices of polyester chips and polyester staple fiber (PSF) under July contract.
Prices of semi-dull chips are 12,450 Yuan / ton; bright slices and industrial yarn grade chips at 12,100 Yuan / ton and dull-class slice at 13,250 Yuan / ton.
Market performance of polyester chips is strong, negotiated market price stands around 12400-12500 Yuan / ton (cash terms).
Prices of PSF 1.4D semi-dull is 13,050 Yuan / ton; 1.2D semi-dull 13,100 Yuan / ton and that of 1.2D bright at 14,050 Yuan / ton (to be delivered to buyer's destination).
Currently, mainstream offers for 1.4D polyester staple fiber are in the range of 12800-13000 Yuan / ton (cash or acceptance) in terms of being delivered to buyer's destination, the offer level is 200 Yuan / ton higher than the previous week.
