Tempur-Pedic International Inc, the leading manufacturer, marketer and distributor of premium mattresses and pillows worldwide, introduced the all-new TEMPUR-Traditional Pillows and unveiled new textiles for the company's popular collection of pillows.

The new TEMPUR-Traditional Pillows will be available in three levels of firmness to meet the personal preferences of a broad range of consumers. While still providing the comfort and support consumers need to get their best night's sleep, Tempur-Pedic pillows will include improved textiles and cover designs. Extensive research into what consumers want from a pillow, including how they look and feel, guided these product developments.

"Our consumer research teams brought qualitative and quantitative learnings to drive this redesign," said Rick Anderson, president of Tempur-Pedic North America. "As we've seen with the recent success of the TEMPUR-Cloud and TEMPUR-Contour Collections, this consumer-focused approach, beginning with understanding that everyone sleeps differently, is a key driver as to why Tempur-Pedic is the most highly recommended bed in America."

Tempur-Pedic pillows have helped introduce the unique benefits of pressure-relieving TEMPUR material to millions of consumers. A 2010 Tempur-Pedic study found 68 percent of Tempur-Pedic pillow owners said their experience with their pillow influenced their mattress purchase decision.

Tempur-Pedic International Inc manufactures and distributes mattresses and pillows made from its proprietary TEMPUR pressure-relieving material. It is the worldwide leader in premium and specialty sleep. The Company is focused on developing, manufacturing and marketing advanced sleep surfaces that help improve the quality of life for people around the world. The Company's products are currently sold in over 80 countries under the TEMPUR and Tempur-Pedic brand names.
