Currently China's main textile machinery products are behind developed countries in technology by 10 to 20 years in time, and with lower value-added.
In the 1980s, textile machinery producers in Europe achieved speeds of 25,000 RPM in spinning machineries and have recently even touched speeds of 30,000 RPM.
However, spinning machinery produced by Chinese textile machinery manufacturers has been hovering at speeds of 22,000 RPM since a long time.
Rieter and Toyota sell their high-end spinning frames of 1008 spindles at as high as 2.5-3.0 Yuan / set, while China's products are only sold at 500,000-600,000 Yuan / set.
In terms of spindle power of 22,000 RPM / set, the spindle power of foreign countries has been less than 34W, but it is as high as 45W in China, the gap is very obvious.
Rieter sets its annual energy saving target by driving its technological progress from spinning machine to whole piece machine and has achieved 30 percent in total energy savings.
