PX & PTA trends ascend, PSF & polyester yarn stable

Paraxylene price bounced back in Asian market price and was assessed around US$ 1560/ton. In S E Asian region, price was quoted in between US$ 1545/ton to US$ 1560/ton. In the F E Asian market, price hovered in the range of US$ 1545/ton to US$ 1565/ton. In Chinese market, price went down to US$ 1555/ton.
In S E Asia, PTA price increased. In Chinese market, PTA trading price hovered around RMB 9700/ton but offer price hovered in between RMB 9700/ton to RMB 9800/ton. In Asian market, PTA price remained range bound in between US$ 1245/ton to US$ 1250/ton.
Ethylene price was stable at US$ 1195/ton in S E Asian market. In F E Asian market, price was in the range of US$ 1195/ton to US$ 1205/ton. In European domestic market, price was in the range of € 1005/ton to € 1010/ton and for imported goods it was in between US$ 1410/ton to US$ 1415/ton. In U.S.A market, selling offers for Ethylene was in the range of 60.85 cents/pound to 61.25 cents/pound.
MEG price remained unchanged. Price hovered mainly in the range of US$ 1235/ton to US$ 1245/ton. In Indian markets, price of MEG increased to around US$ 1245/ton to US$ 1250/ton and in domestic Chinese market, MEG price was in the range of RMB 9600/ton to RMB 9700/ton.
BGPET Chips price remained stable in S E Asian region and was assessed between US$ 1720/ton to US$ 1730/ton. In F E Asian markets, selling offers were around US$ 1720/ton for exportable goods. In Chinese market BG PET Chip was at RMB 12950/ton.
FGPET Chips prices in Korean markets remained stable around US$ 1600/ton to US$ 1610/ton and in Indian market; it was assessed in the range of US$ 1590/ton to US$ 1600/ton. In Chinese market FG PET Chip was at RMB 12500/ton to RMB 12650/ton.
PSF price remained stable, in N E Asian market; offers hovered in the range of US$ 1895/ton to US$ 1905/ton. In S E Asian market, PSF offers were around US$ 1905/ton. In Chinese domestic market PSF offers were in the range of RMB 12900/ton to RMB 13050/ton.
Polyester yarn prices in Chinese domestic market were stable. Offers for POY and FDY were at RMB 14050/ton and RMB 14150/ton. Selling offers for DTY were stable around RMB 16100/ton. In export market offers for POY, FDY and DTY were respectively at US$ 1925/ton, 1900/ton and US$ 2190/ton.
