Marzoli to exhibit Card C701 line at ITMA

Marzoli is going to participate in ITMA in Barcelona. ITMA Fair is also known as the “International Show of machinery and textile”. It takes place every four years, and this year it will be hosted in Barcelona, Spain, from the 22nd to the 29th of September 2011.

The card has a strategic and soft role in the spinning line. Only with a good carding process of the fibers it is possible to obtain a good quality yarn: homogeneous, regular, resistant and clean.

High prestige combed yarns can be obtained only through an excellent carding process that must be effective but delicate at the same time.

The only comber cannot compensate for a bad job of the card; this must be able to select the fibers first to open them, clean them and make them parallel without damaging or weaken them, wasting the less as possible and to assure this operation the card must be perfect.

To reach this goal, it's necessary a modern, effective and efficient machinery, with high performances, low energy consumption and reduced time of cleaning and maintenance.

The innovative Marzoli Card C701 guarantees high performances and quality both in the production of cotton and in the processing of the latest and complex fibers. The renewed chute totally integrated, the new pre- and post-carding systems, the new geometry with a wider work area and many other innovations, make the new Marzoli Card able to satisfy all the different and more demanding requirements of the market.

This machine grants a production increase up to 50%, keeping unaltered the high quality of the carded sliver with an important saving of investment and production costs (€/Kg).

Marzoli will be glad to introduce and exhibit all the news and potentialities of this new machinery at the next ITMA Barcelona, from 22nd to 29th September 2011, Hall n.2 - stand n. H2-C216.
