SCHWING Fluid Technik GmbH will be participating in the upcoming ITMA 2011 in Barcelona exhibiting in Hall 2, Booth B164. They will be featuring their latest technology for thermal cleaning for maintenance shops.

SCHWING is offering information about their latest technology in thermal cleaning, focusing on perfect cleaning, low energy usage with the strictest environmental compliance required by today's increasingly stricter pollution regulation standards. SCHWING offers different models for spinneret, spinning-/ polymer-pump, polymer-filter & extrusion parts cleaning, assembled & disassembled, which are essential for high quality & trouble free production. The spin-pack parts, screens, metal powder and the spinnerets are entirely clean after only one thermal cleaning and post treatment cycle.

SCHWING Fluid Technik GmbH offers “state of the art” thermal cleaning technologies, together with an optimised post treatment procedure. Their technologies guarantee excellent cleaning of spinnerets and other contaminated production parts, which continuously provides trouble free production performance and 1st grade spinning performance.

Depending on the application requirements, SCHWING offers the following cleaning systems:

VacuClean - Vacuum Cleaning Furnace (with new sizes)
InnovaClean - Fluidized Bed System
MaxiClean - Convection Furnace (with new design)
CompactClean - Gas heated system (with new sizes)
HydrolClean - 2in1 (MaxiClean + Hydrolysis as one unit) (with new design and sizes)

All systems are highly efficient and include intra-systems like afterburner or catalysts for environmental protection.

Beside the cleaning quality, a measurable reduction of maintenance and operation costs will be realized.
Successful thermal cleaning is a challenge and becomes reality by using SCHWING technology.

Good filtration keeps the polymer stream free of contaminations on regular basis. These filters have to be removed for cleaning after fixed operation time. SCHWING will show their systems for cleaning of filter-bundles, no matter if candle or leaf-disc type.

After successful thermal cleaning, efficient post treatment and thorough inspection, customers will be happy that these filters or spinnerets will have again low restarting pressure and a long production cycle time.

SCHWING offers complete cleaning shops for all above mentioned process parts, as well as contract cleaning services at different stations around the world.
