Maison D'art bring Designers Guild & Duralee Fabrics to INDEX

INDEX textiles, the stand-alone event running as part of this year's INDEX exhibition, will be a colourful celebration of the creative home textiles industry. International exhibitors confirmed at the exhibition include Robert Allen, Jason D'Souza, Harem, Wardé, Rivoli Silks, and Silk Dynasty to name a few. The four day event is the only textiles show in the MENA region, and will showcase the latest trends and innovation across fabrics and textiles, designer rugs, soft furnishings, window and wall coverings.

Maison D'art, the Dubai based luxury fabrics and furniture distributors join INDEX textiles as one of the sponsors of 'Les Collections Exclusives' fashion show. The show takes place twice a day on the Design Guild catwalk at INDEX textiles, and has been created for and features the premium end of the home textiles market. Each of the sponsor brands which include Maison D'art, Rubelli and Nobilis, are having unique garments created exclusively by INDEX in partnership with local design talent. This couture collection will be modeled live at INDEX textiles.

Maison D'art's imaginative and stunning portfolio boast international brands that include Duralee Fabrics and Designers Guild, both of which will be showcasing at 'Les Collections Exclusives'. Duralee from the US, have a fresh and vibrant approach to design and an extensive range of offerings across fabrics, trimmings and furniture, suited for the contract and also residential markets. Designers Guild the iconic UK luxurious brand, supply the interiors industry with divine textiles, fabrics, wall coverings and soft furnishings. World famous names in their group include design giants Jasper Conran, Ralph Lauren and Christian Lacroix.

Rebecca Lockwood, Project manager for INDEX textiles exhibition says, “ Maison D'art are a fantastic partner to work with on 'Les Collections Exclusives' and I am ecstatic they are joining the show, as they bring a breadth of luxury brands and styles to this region that is hard to beat. Maison D'art have leant their superb services to an impressive portfolio of projects in the GCC, including Atlantis Hotel Dubai, Shangri-la Hotel Abu Dhabi, and Ritz Carlton Hotel's in Bahrain and Qatar.
