Production at Amit Spinning's Kolhapur unit will start soon

With reference to the earlier announcement dated June 10, 2011, Amit Spinning Industries Ltd has now informed that a Lock Out in yarn manufacturing unit of the Company located at Kolhapur, Maharashtra, has been lifted, the management and the labour Union has reached a fruitful understanding and production is likely to start shortly in the said unit.
Amit Spinning industries Ltd. (ASIL) Despite being the youngest member of the KT Group, ASIL is the result of 50 years of accumulated wisdom gained from the textiles industry. ASIL has rapidly made progress and is already known as a quality player in the textiles industry. ASIL has been accorded the 100% Export Oriented Unit (EOU) status by the Govt. of India.
