KB Corporation installs fibre drying range at Himachal Fibres

KB Corporation an Ahmedabad based textile machinery producer has recently installed Fibre drying range at Himachal Fibres Ltd in Solan - Himachal Pradesh. These machines include –
- KBC make 3 point cake type hydro-extractor machine (model: KBC – 150)
- KBC make wet fibre opener machine.
- KBC make continuous fibre dryer machine (model: ct – 25d)

KBC make 3 point cake type hydro-extractor machine (model: KBC – 150):
- This fully automatic machine is with Variable Frequency Drive to adjust the R.P.M of the Basket as per desire.
- Fully opening Lid of the machine is Pneumatic.
- Machine is fabricated from Stainless Steel 304Q.
- Machine is suitable for Fibre Cake size of 1500mmØ X 900mm Height.
- Cast Iron Pendulum Bolt with springs and heavy duly Cast Iron Legs to absorb the vibration.

KBC make wet fibre opener machine:
- Machine is suitable to open the lumps of Wet Fibre.
- It is design for high production ratio.
- Feeding of the machine is designed with safety parameters.
- G. I. Casted Spicks for fine opening and long lasting working.

KBC make continuous fibre dryer machine (model: ct – 25d):
- Machine is equipped with thick insulated Chambers with Fan, Fan Housing, Fan Motors, Jets, heaters etc…
- Conveyor of the Machine is fabricated from CRC Sheets which is Zinc Coated for long life.
- Variable Frequency Drive to operate the Conveyor. Enable to adjust the speed.
- Operation station for controlling the entire machine by one person.
- Machine is fully automatic where one side Wet Fibre will be fielded and other end Dried Fibre can be delivered.
