Asian paraxylene (PX) price fell US $12 / ton from the previous day to close at US $1695-1696/ ton FOB Korea and US $1715-1716/ ton CFR Taiwan / China on September 14.
Market quotation for October shipment was US $1,720 / ton CFR Taiwan / China, corresponding bids rose to US $1714-1715 / ton
Market supply was still tight and market players had more confidence in market outlook.
