When quizzed about the new buzzword - being environmentally conscious. Nipun replies by saying, “We have always been aware about our responsibility to our environment and surroundings, more so due to our ethical values.

“I take in pride in the fact that, Aarvee is a 110 percent environmentally compliable company, when considering local pollution norms. We have invested huge amounts in the latest technologies in effluent treatment plants. In fact we have invested in these initiatives, ahead of time, before we were asked or told to do it”.

His mantra for success – “Be true to your self. Conscious is the biggest teacher”. He explains, “If you are true to your self, whether you are working or have your own business, chances of failure are limited”.

His parting words to other second or third generation or the Gennext textile leaders, “Anything that you dream is possible, provided one has patience, works hard and believes in destiny. Learn bottom onwards, it will never make you feel uneasy at the top, when taking complex decisions”, he winds up this interesting chat by saying.
