TMI Group buys Textilbedarf Langen

The TMI Group of Companies, a global manufacturer of testing instrumentation, announced that it has acquired Textilbedarf Langen GmbH & Co KG(TBL), Monchengladbach, Germany.
Textilbedarf Langen GmbH & Co KG (TBL) is a leading distributor of machines, accessories and testing equipment for the textile and yarn industries.
For more than 75 years, TBL has established a reputation of providing exceptional service to the textile machinery, components and parts industry in Germany and Europe. As a part of the TMI Group, TBL will integrate the TMI Group brand into their existing product offerings throughout Europe. TBL will also serve as the European sales headquarters as TMI Europe.

Textilbedarf Langen GmbH & Co KG supplies textile machines, textile testing equipment and a wide variety of components and accessories to the European textile market. TBL was established in 1935. For more than 30 years TBL was the agent of the TMI Lawson-Hemphill division for textile testing equipment with sales and service support for Central Europe.
