Chinese benzene trends dull on Wed

China's domestic benzene market looked dull on Wednesday, overall inventory remained moderate.
In the domestic market, transactions ranged between 7,650-7,700 Yuan / ton in East China, market transactions focused on 7,500-7,600 Yuan / ton in South China and 7,650-7,700 Yuan / ton in North China.
Overall market atmosphere appeared dull, downstream interest in purchase was moderate, as they mainly made purchases in accordance with production, market supply was moderate. The market is expected to rise slightly in the short term.
Meanwhile, Northeast Company of China National Petroleum has hiked its toluene price by 200 Yuan. The implementation level of Daqing Petrochemical and Jilin Petrochemical is 8,350 Yuan / ton and 8,400 Yuan / ton for Fushun Petrochemical.
Northern branch of Sinopec has listed its benzene supply price at 7,700 Yuan / ton.
