ACN plant of Taekwang to go off-stream in Feb

South Korea-based Taekwang Petrochemicals, which manages an acrylonitrile (ACN) plant, has planned a maintenance shutdown of the plant in the first quarter of 2012.
“We will undertake a maintenance turnaround of the ACN plant on February 13 and it will remain off-stream till March 5, 2012”, a Taekwang official told fibre2fashion.
He further added that the ACN plant located in Ulsan has a production capacity of 250,000 tons per year.
