PX price rebounds, PSF & polyester POY fall

Paraxylene (PX) prices revived in Asian market. In S E Asian market, PX prices were in the range of US$ 1565/ton to US$ 1570/ton. In F E Asian region, PX prices were in between US$ 1560/ton to US$ 1570/ton. PX imported from Taiwanese market was stable at level around US$ 1560/ton.
In Asian markets, PTA price improved. In F E Asian and S E Asian region, PTA prices were in between US$ 1155/ton to US$ 1160/ton. PTA imported from Taiwanese market was quoted around US$ 1160/ton. In Chinese domestic market, PTA price was around RMB 8475/ton to RMB 8550/ton.
In S E Asian market, Ethylene price did not change from US$ 1380/ton. In F E Asian market, ethylene price was around US$ 1340/ton. In U.S.A market Ethylene was in the range of 65.25 cents/pound to 65.75 cents/pound. In European domestic market, price range was € 1290/ton to € 1300/ton. In European market price was around US$ 1650/ton.
MEG price went up, in S E Asian markets and was offered in the range of US$ 980/ton to US$ 990/ton. In Chinese domestic market, MEG price was in the range of US$ 975/ton to US$ 995/ton. In Chinese domestic market, selling offers were around RMB 7400/ton.
In S E Asian region, BG PET Chips price was stable in the range of US$ 1650/ton to US$ 1660/ton. In F E Asian markets, selling offers were around US$ 1655/ton for export goods. In Chinese market, BG PET Chip offered at RMB 11300/ton.
In Korean markets, FG PET Chips price was stable in the range of US$ 1545/ton to US$ 1555/ton and in Indian market, FOB based price was assessed in the range of US$ 1550/ton to US$ 1560/ton. In Chinese market, FG PET Chip hovered at RMB 11000/ton to RMB 11200/ton.
In N Asian PSF market, price slid down in the range of US$ 1600/ton to US$ 1605/ton. In S E Asian market, PSF offers were in the range of US$ 1500/ton to US$ 1510/ton. In Chinese domestic market, PSF offers went down in the range of RMB 11150/ton to RMB 11250/ton.
Price of Polyester POY continued to decline in Chinese domestic market. POY price was around RMB 11200/ton. FDY and DTY selling offers were at RMB 11600/ton to RMB 12600/ton, respectively. In export market, offers for POY, FDY and DTY were at US$ 1520/ton, US$ 1565/ton and US$ 1700/ton, respectively.
