MEG & ethylene turn stable, PX range bound

Paraxylene (PX) price was range bound in Asian market. In S E Asian market, PX prices were in the range of US$ 1580/ton to US$ 1590/ton. In F E Asian region, PX prices were in between US$ 1575/ton to US$ 1585/ton. PX imported from Taiwanese market was stable at level of around US$ 1585/ton.
In Asian markets, PTA price went up quickly. In F E Asian and S E Asian region, PTA prices were in between US$ 1165/ton to US$ 1175/ton. PTA imported from Taiwanese market was quoted around US$ 1165/ton. In Chinese domestic market, PTA price was stable around RMB 8600/ton to RMB 8650/ton.
In S E Asian market, Ethylene price was stable at US$ 1405/ton. In F E Asian market, ethylene price was at US$ 1400/ton. In U.S.A market, Ethylene was in the range of 75.50 cents/pound to 76.55 cents/pound. In European domestic market, price range was € 1220/ton to € 1230/ton. In European market price was around US$ 1545/ton.
MEG market was stable in S E Asian markets and was offered in the range of US$ 960/ton to US$ 965/ton. In Chinese domestic market, MEG price was in the range of US$ 960/ton to US$ 970/ton. In Chinese domestic market, selling offers were around RMB 7350/ton.
In S E Asian region, BG PET Chips price was stable in the range of US$ 1465/ton to US$ 1475/ton. In F E Asian markets, selling offers were around US$ 1500/ton for export goods. In Chinese market, BG PET Chip was offered at RMB 11250/ton.
In Korean markets, FG PET Chips price was stable in the range of US$ 1440/ton to US$ 1460/ton and in Indian markets, FOB based price was assessed in the range of US$ 1465/ton to US$ 1475/ton. In Chinese market, FG PET Chip hovered at RMB 10300/ton to RMB 10500/ton.
In N Asian PSF market price was stable in the range of US$ 1607/ton to US$ 1612/ton. In S E Asian market, PSF offers were in the range of US$ 1507/ton to US$ 1512/ton. In Chinese domestic market, PSF offers were in the range of RMB 11150/ton to RMB 11250/ton.
Price of Polyester POY was stable in Chinese domestic market. POY price was around RMB 11350/ton. FDY and DTY selling offers remained mixed at RMB 11500/ton to RMB 12700/ton, respectively. In export market, offers for POY, FDY and DTY were at US$ 1545/ton, US$ 1555/ton and US$ 1720/ton, respectively.
