Tsudakoma to manufacture air-jet looms in China

A more than a century-old and one of the world’s biggest loom producer - Tsudakoma Corp plans to set up an air-jet looms production plant in China.
For the purpose, Tsudakoma has established a joint venture (JV) with Jingwei Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. The plant will be located in Shaanxi province.
The JV has been set up at a share capital of 126 million Yuan, in which Jingwei Textile Machinery will hold a 51 percent stake and the rest will be held by Tsudakoma.
The plant will manufacture ZAX model of air-jet looms.
