EVTEKS, Istanbul Home Textile Exhibition, is taking place between 16-20 May 2012 at the CNR Expo Center in Istanbul.
The fair is the second largest fair in the world with its contribution to the home textile industry and hosts approximately 1,000 companies and their 2,000 brands. Situated over an area of 160 thousand m2; the giant fair aims to welcome 125 thousand visitors internationally.
The Istanbul Home Textile Fair is organized by the CNR International Trade Fairs Inc., an affiliate of the CNR Holding, in collaboration with the Association for Turkish Home Textile Industrialists and Businessmen (TETSIAD).
The world keeps a close eye on the fair due to its popularity in terms of the variety of exhibited products, the new trends of the textile industry presented and the density of the trade relationships generated by the participants both as visitors and exhibitors.

As being the 4th biggest home textile supplier in the world and having the 5% share of the world's market in the industry, Turkey set itself an export objective of 10 billion USD for the year of 2023.
