Having been fulfilling and accommodating to the needs of the textile industry for 13 years, China (Yiwu) International Exhibition on Hosiery, Knitting, Dyeing & Finishing Machinery (YIWU H&G) is keeping on evolving and improving itself to meet the changing development needs via the showcase of top-notch equipment and timely information. With the high regards and praise from local and global knitting industry players, YIWU H&G has become a must-attend exhibition for local and overseas knitting manufacturers.

YIWU H&G 2012 will be held on Nov 27 – 30, 2012 at Yiwu International Expo Centre, Yiwu City, Zhejiang Province, PR China, aiming at providing a professional platform for displaying top-notch Hosiery-Cum-Seamless-Underwear machinery. The organizer will extend show period to 4 days in order to furnish exhibitors and buyers with enough time for discussion and information exchange.

To enrich the exhibits, a new exhibition focusing on sewing and garment machinery - China (Yiwu) International Exhibition on Sewing Machinery & Equipment (YIWU S&G 2012) will be held concurrently for further showcasing related technology, bringing more business opportunities to the industry players. What's more, a series of concurrent activities with design and trend elements will also be presented at the show.

Thanks to the support of the exhibitors, YIWU H&G has always been in the limelight. In 2011, the exhibition reached an area of 9,000 sqm and displayed around 400 sets of high-end hosiery and knitting related machinery by 152 exhibitors from 10 countries and regions, including Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Italy, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, PR China, Switzerland, Taiwan Province and Turkey. Among these exhibitors, many of them have been supporting YIWU H&G consecutively, whom affirm YIWU H&G to be a highly professional and international exhibition which brings abundant business opportunities.

In YIWU H&G 2011, Taiwan Hosiery Manufacturers' Association brought more than 30 delegates to attend the exhibition while Xiangshan Knitting Industry Association and Gushan Underwear Industry Association also brought the members to visit for the first time. It has been the 3rd time that Hanning Hosiery Industry Association, Zhuji Hosiery Association, Pujiang County Knitting, Printing and Dyeing Industry Association had brought over hundreds of their members to visit and sourcing at YIWU H&G. The 3-day exhibition attracted a total of 8,508 professional buyers from China and abroad.

Facing the weak international market and the lack of export demand, textile enterprises need transforming and upgrading by enhancing core competitiveness and improving R&D capabilities to build up a mature and complete textile industrial system. YIWU H&G provides a one-stop sourcing and communication platform to support the market needs, it has been committing to the industry development by providing the most advanced equipment and technological support.

Located in the central area of Zhejiang province, Yiwu is connected with the cluster of clothing and knitting manufacturing towns, including Pujiang, Zhuji, Hainin. With such a prevailing geographic position, Yiwu has become not only an important distribution centre but also being dubbed as "The Seamless Knitwear City of China".
