ITEMA to display latest technologies at ITMA ASIA

The newly dressed Itema will be present at ITMA ASIA+CITME showing its strength that originates from the solidarity and talent grown by many years of activity in Switzerland, Italy and China.
The culmination of our history, experience, brands & machines to one single identity fully capable to provide the market with the most advanced solutions for today's demanding weaving needs.
Eleven machines on display, seven different models, three significant technological developments shown for the very first time – highlight Itema's presence at the world's premier event for the textile sector in 2012.
Ease of use, maintenance simplification and above all, unsurpassed high-speed performance with perfect fabric quality will confront the visitors coming to Shanghai.
With special focus on two new products, specifically developed for the local market and assembled in our Song Jiang Factory near Shanghai: the R880HD – Jacquard and the T880, a rapier terry-towel machine. The evolution of the proven R880 continues with wide-width weaving now offered with the HD Direct Drive – the ultimate for simplicity & quick change capability.
With a prominent presence in markets from Europe to Japan & Brazil to India, visitors will also appreciate the quality and performance of the top-class European made machines presented at ITMA Barcelona.
