Ethylene prices decline in US market

Paraxylene (PX) prices declined in the Asian region. In S E Asian region, PX prices declined and were marked in the range of US$ 1380/ton to US$ 1385/ton. In F E Asian market, PX prices were quoted at US$ 1380/ton. Prices of PX imported from Taiwanese market moved up and were assessed in the range of US$ 1410/ton to US$ 1415/ton.
 
PTA prices went up in the Asian market. In S E Asian market, PTA prices surged and were offered in the range of US$ 1005/ton to US$ 1010/ton. In F E Asian market, PTA prices were quoted at US$ 1000/ton. Prices of PTA imported from Taiwanese market inched up and were assessed in the range of US$ 985/ton to US$ 990/ton. In the Chinese domestic market, PTA prices stayed stable and were quoted in the range of RMB 7650/ton to RMB 7700/ton.
 
Ethylene prices stayed steady in Asia. In S E Asian market, Ethylene prices remained stable and were quoted in the range of US$ 1125/ton to US$ 1130/ton. In F E Asian region, Ethylene prices were quoted at US$ 1080/ton.
 
In the US market, Ethylene prices dipped down and were offered in the range of 48.00 cents/pound to 48.50 cents/pound. Ethylene prices stayed stable in European international and domestic markets at US$ 1135/ton and € 1055/ton, respectively. 
 
MEG prices increased in the Asian region. In S E Asian region, MEG prices surged and were quoted at US$ 950/ton. In China market, MEG prices increased and were in the range of US$ 925/ton to US$ 930/ton. In the Chinese domestic market, MEG prices continued to be steady and were offered in the range of RMB 7275/ton to RMB 7325/ton.
 
In S E Asian region, BG PET Chips prices were steady in the range of US$ 1320/ton to US$ 1350/ton. In F E Asian market, selling offers were around US$ 1300/ton for export goods. In the Chinese market, BG PET Chips prices remained unchanged at RMB 9550/ton.
 
In Korean market, FG PET Chips prices were stable in the range of US$ 1190/ton to US$ 1230/ton. In Indian market, FOB based prices were quoted in the range of US$ 1230/ton to US$ 1270/ton. In the Chinese market, FG PET Chips prices surged and were quoted in the range of RMB 9625/ton to RMB 9675/ton.
 
PSF prices increased in the Asian market. In F E Asian market, PSF prices were quoted at US$ 1465/ton. In S E Asian market, PSF selling offers were offered at US$ 1365/ton. In the Chinese domestic market, PSF prices moved up and were assessed in the range of RMB 10275/ton to RMB 10325/ton.
 
In the Chinese domestic market, prices of Polyester POY, DTY and FDY hiked and were assessed at RMB 10850/ton, RMB 12150/ton and RMB 10900/ton, respectively. In export market, offers for POY, DTY and FDY increased and were offered at US$ 1460/ton, US$ 1630/ton and US$ 1455/ton, respectively.
