Having wowed the USA market during the summer edition of Première Vision Preview New York, Newlife is back in Paris. Just one and a half years after its debut in the City of Lights, the revolutionary new sustainable platform developed by Filatura di Saluzzo, ex Filature Miroglio will be present for a second time at Première Vision Paris, the most important international event in the textile sector calendar, showcasing all the innovations for Fall-Winter 13/14 from 19 to 21 September 2012.

During this event and with the support of the forward thinking organisers of Première Vision, Newlife will host its second Eco-Innovation Library, the innovative concept space where all the most innovative, trend-setting and inspirational Newlife fabrics manufactured by international partner textile producers will be given an ideal launching pad. Visitors to this futuristic area will be able to see and feel high quality fabric samples chosen for their creativity, innovation and commercial viability all created from Newlife. Newlife, the unique, complete and certified system of recycled polyester yarns, 100% Made in Italy and entirely obtained from used plastic bottles (which are transformed into a polymer by way of a mechanical, non-chemical process), promises to astonish yet again. At Première Vision Paris it will be presenting two exceptional novelties.

The first is the launch of the Newlife Light range, of fundamental importance as it offers super-fine counts and micro fibres (from 25 to 56 decitex), something hitherto unthinkable in the recycled sector, yet made possible thanks to Newlife™ cutting edge technology and quality supply chain. The ultra fine filaments obtained are extremely soft yet incredibly resistant, characteristics that make this the perfect innovation for lingerie or for ultra-light, high-tech padded jackets.

New for the Parisian show is yet another application for Newlife, presented thanks to the collaboration of designer Peter Langner, born in Germany and Italian adopted, creator of prestigious, exclusive Bridal and Couture collections. Having lived and worked between Madrid, Paris and London for leading fashion houses (Christian Dior, Emmanuel Ungaro, Guy Laroche and Christian Lacroix), in 1991 Lagner opened his own atelier in Rome, the city where he chose to settle and work.
