Jakob Müller AG and COMEZ merge their activities

Jakob Müller AG Frick and Comez Gestioni S.p.A. combine their business activities in the field of crochet and knitting machines. COMEZ will operate as of October 8th, 2012 under the name Comez International s.r.l. as a member of the Jakob Müller Group.
The brand Comez, the Comez machine portfolio and quality level in machinery and services will remain unchanged to continuously serve customers with advanced knitting solutions. Due to the combined strengths of Jakob Müller and Comez, the two partners are convinced to enhance their product portfolio and services.
Comez will operate as of October 8th 2012 under the name Comez International s.r.l. as a member of the Jakob Müller Group. Mr. Paolo Banfi will continue to represent Comez internationally as the General Manager.
All activities of the Jakob Müller Group, other than the crochet and knitting segment, will remain unchanged.
