Chinese acrylic staple fibre market remains stable

The demand for acrylic staple fibre from downstream manufacturers is weak in Chinese domestic market. However, the inventory with acrylic manufacturers is also not high. Hence, the market is currently stable.
The discussion price for spot goods is mainly based on consolidation owing to support from cost and quotation of imported goods.
Currently, high-end offers of acrylic 1.5D are in the range of 17,400-18,000 yuan/ton.
