Exhibitors see busy traffic @ LA Textile F/W 13/14 edition

Resources at this Show were well-rounded, with categories that included beads and sequins, blanks, color woven shirtings, cotton blends, denim, embroidery embellished beaded fabrics, knits, jacquards, faux fur, interior decorative textiles, fasteners, buttons, buckles, zippers, lace, linen blends, leather suede, organic and eco-friendly fabrics, prints, ribbons, silk, stretch, suiting, technical functional fabrics, appliqués and decorative accessories, trend services, yarns, velvet velour, wool and many more. 

Additionally, new exhibitors debuting this season among the special Pavilions and Show floors included 2B Diffusions, ABM Global, Anna Griffin Inc, Bharat Silks, Crispim Abreu, Edicate C.W. Fasteners & Zippers Corp, Darlington Fabrics, Lemor Trims, Esteneks, Moda Artisans, Myletex, Blend Fabrics, PCB Label Co, Inc, Soelco Inc, Timeless Treasures Fabrics of SoHo LLC, Tradegood. Noteworthy returning mills included Danfield, Inc, Design Knit, Inc, JM International, Malhia Kent, Simona B USA, Solstiss USA, Friday Fabrics LTD, AB Creations, Bel Maille, Tiss & Teint, Vema, Junior Hagen LTD, and EcoHides, to name a few.
 
“We continue coming back to LA Textile show after show because it is a great way to be visible on the market, and also meet new clients,” said Jane Burge, West Coast Director of Sales for Solstiss USA. “We have been extremely busy this Show, and everyone seems really to be in a very good mood with a lot of positive excitement.”
 
The Lenzing Innovation Pavilion returned for its fifth edition with their impressive network of affiliated exhibiting partners, which included Asher Fabric Concepts, Design Knit, Laguna Fabrics, Shara-Tex, Texollini, Unitex, Zentex, Buhler Quality Yarns Corp., American Fabrics International, Britannia Mills Ltd, Epic Textiles, Tuscarora Yarns, Impex Textiles, Indigo Handloom, Pacific Coast Knitting, and Sextet Fabrics.  Brand new to the Show was Crispim Abreu LDA, a Lenzing Partner knitting mill offering full package production from Portugal.
 
“Business has been strong and steady this Show, from new and existing customers alike,” said Robert McAuley, Sales Executive of Texollini. “We have found a lot of people this Show are looking for Made In America, and everyone has been upbeat. There is a lot of enthusiasm in the air, and we are thrilled to be here.”
 
Also featured this Show was the Korean Pavilion presented by KOTRA. This edition nearly doubled in size from last October, and showcased some of Korea’s best mills and distributors in the Fashion Theater, while celebrating Global Korean Textile Week 2012.
