Siyaram Silk Mills Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 27, 2012, the company has re-appointed Shri Ramesh D. Poddar, as Chairman and Managing Director of the Company for a further period of 5 years with effect from. November 01, 2012.
Siyaram Silk Mills Ltd has re-appointed Shri Shrikishan D. Poddar, as an Executive Director of the Company for a further period of 5 years with effect from November 01, 2012.
