Polyester DTY sales rise in Chinese domestic market

Sales have risen in China’s domestic polyester DTY market, and the prices are relatively stable.
Manufacturers have slightly reduced their promotional activities, but inventory pressure continues to exist.
At present, the price of DTY 75D/72F piconet offered by major Chinese enterprises is 14,300 yuan/ton, while the prices of DTY 150D/48F and 150D/144F filament are 12,500 yuan/ton and 12,800 yuan/ton, respectively.
The current DTY stocks could last for a little more than a month and market analysts expect the DTY market to remain in adjustment mode in the short-term.
