Production at new KPIC MEG plant to begin in Q4 of 2014

Korea Petrochemical Industry Corp. (KPIC) is setting up a Monoethylene Glycol (MEG) plant, production of which is expected to commence in last quarter of 2014.

“The construction of the MEG plant will complete in the second quarter of 2014 and commercial production will begin in the last quarter”, a KPIC official told fibre2fashion. 
 
“The MEG plant which is being set up in Ulsan – South Korea will have a production capacity of 205,000 tons per annum”, he added.
