The goal of the ISPO Trainee Project is to not only provide trainees with an overview of sports retail, but to make it easier for them to further their careers in the sector. Additional highlights of the ISPO Academy include presentations on Monday, February 4th, by KD Waltner of the design agency Backflip 180 Limited on “The China Design Team Challenge”, by Mayouri Sengchanh, Exalis GmbH: “Trends Fall/Winter 2014/15: Inspirations, Colors, Shapes, Materials, Key Looks”, and by Patrick Schmidt, LIGANOVA: “POS In The Digital Age – Experience Brands, Open Brands”.
The panel discussion entitled “Online Retail – Opportunity or Threat for Outdoor Brands” (hall A6.425), also promises to deliver interesting results.
Companies and experts from the sports and healthcare industries will get together at the ISPO Healthstyle Action Point (hall C1.121). An exciting all-day program on each of the four trade show days offers opportunities to gain information on the extensive selection of products and services on the Healthstyle market, to test some of it first hand, and to expand ones own network. Eight expert panels will discuss current issues from the segments Products and Services, Education and Training, Fitness Market and Apps. Professional trainers and entrepreneurs will present trends from the fitness sector during the daily fitness program.
The ISPO Performance Point (B4.301) is the meeting point for experts and athletes from the Performance segment. Yet another multi-faceted side event program with prominent guests and industry-related shows, presentations and panel discussions offers plenty of information and entertainment.
For more than ten years the ISPO Shop Summit (A1.216) has been the gettogether for all members of the snowboard industry. Whether you are a retailer, dealer, or brand, the ISPO Shop Summit offers the ideal platform for information, inspiration and networking. The expert presentation on Sunday, February 3rd on the topic “Mobile User Behavior by Consumers” adds even more value for shop owners and sales professionals.
