Made-in-US Nest Bedding products finds takers

A quick stroll down the aisle of Target, WalMart or Bed Bath and beyond and you can find plenty of foreign-made sheets, blanket, pillows and comforters. The American Textile Industry has practically disappeared in the face of low priced competition from countries like India and China.

However, the Made in America movement is in full swing as more and more textile jobs are coming back to the US. Retailers across the country are making a commitment to carrying USA brands over foreign-made products, such as Nest Bedding in San Francisco, California.

Joe Alexander, the owner of Nest Bedding, has built a successful retail operation with a commitment to carrying USA made bedding products, a new trend in the bedding business.

With two stores in the San Francisco Bay Area and a growing internet business, Joe reports that demand for his American made bedding, such as the sheets made from California and Texas grown cotton and milled in South Carolina, has been very high.

"We have customers buying off the website from all over the country and commenting that they are grateful we carry US made sheets at reasonable prices", say Joe, a bedding and mattress industry veteran.

Nest bedding, with locations in Berkeley, Ca and in San Francisco, Ca, specializes in organic, natural and non-toxic bedding and mattresses made in the USA.
